Twisted Sista Cafe & Gelateria – Casey Central

Twisted Sista blends a modern café with a Gelateria, aiming to create a fun atmosphere with exceptional service. Founded by Sam and Martha Di Salvo, the first store opened in Fountain Gate Shopping Centre, Victoria, in June 2011. Named after Martha, the “twisted” sister of the family, the business has won seven retail excellence awards including “Best Retailer in Victoria” by Westfield. Dedication and hard work led to rapid growth, involving their daughter Josie to help expand the brand further. Twisted Sista’s unique approach to casual dining quickly earned it recognition and a growing client base.

Offering something new and unique in casual dining, the Twisted Sista brand became well recognised and our client base grew faster than we could have imagined. Josie is now playing a vital role in expanding the brand and taking the business to the next level.
