The Komo is designed by Carlos Guijarro and is handmade piece of eucalyptus timber with a natural finish. Because it is solid, each chair has unique veins and tones derived from the wood itself making it exclusive and unrepeatable. To create the structure, manual joinery techniques have been used such as steam wood bending. The seat is made of hand braided flat and round rope for a more uniform and stable binding. The Komo chair is also stackable for convenience.
